Why this exists
Most small service businesses don't have a software problem. The system that runs their jobs usually works. What drowns them is everything around it: quotes, chasing, records, certificates, invoices — done by hand, at night, by the owner. The AI industry's answer is usually another subscription. SystemAIse's answer is a working system built on what you already have.
The founder
SystemAIse is run by Ibrahim Siddique, a London-based operations professional. For several years he has run the operational backbone of a busy international organisation's headquarters — supplier coordination, procurement support, compliance records, document systems, IT support, facilities and executive-meeting operations — while studying Computing and Artificial Intelligence at university.
That combination is the point: the day job is messy, real-world operations; the study is how modern AI actually works. SystemAIse sits exactly in the middle — using AI carefully to fix the operational friction he has spent years handling by hand.
The approach
- Diagnose before building. The consultation comes first, and "this isn't worth doing" is an answer you might get.

SystemAIse is new, and doesn't pretend otherwise. There are no logos wall, no testimonials, no case studies on this site — because none have been earned yet.
