Who we are
This website is operated by Mohammad Ibrahim Siddique trading as SystemAIse, a UK sole trader ("SystemAIse", "we", "I").
What this website collects
Only what you choose to submit through the consultation form: your name, business name, email address, business type, main operational problem, and an optional message. The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field that collects nothing from genuine visitors.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Why it's collected and how it's used
Solely to respond to your enquiry and hold a first consultation conversation. Your details are not added to a marketing list, shared with third parties for marketing, or sold. Ever.
How enquiries travel
Form submissions are relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service, to our enquiry inbox (currently a Google Mail inbox). FormSubmit and Google process the message data in order to deliver it. The website itself stores nothing.
Hosting
This site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which may log standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes, as all web hosts do.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, reply to any email from us or submit a request through the contact form, and it will be actioned promptly.
Changes
If the website starts doing anything different — analytics, cookies, additional services — this notice will be updated first.
